Updated Pomme De Terre Tournament Flyers 4/3/2017

All,

Thanks to Rocky Horrighs who pointed out an error on the tournament flyer for Pomme De Terre tournament. I have updated both flyers and posted them on the website.

The entry fee for the tournament is $35.  The Spring tournament will start at 6:00am (or first light) from the Hermitage State Park Ramp on Saturday, April 8-9, 2017.

2017 Lake of Egypt Tournament – Check In location

Welcome Anglers… Look for Ed Montgomery around Lake Tree Inn on Friday night or at the Pyramid Acres ramp Saturday morning (about 6:00am) to pay your entry fees and pick up your takeoff number. If you have not already signed your liability waivers you will need to do so before the tournament (Guests included).  Also your annual dues of $65 must be paid before the tournament.  If you do not pick up your takeoff number before the tournament you will not be able to fish unless you have contacted Ed (or another a board member) IN ADVANCE of the takeoff. Remember the entry fees are $35 per event for 2017, please have exact change ready.

Guests are welcome to fish with a member and the guest can fish 1 time per year at the regular season tournaments (not including the table rock Invitationals).

Steel City Bassmasters Lake of Egypt Tournament this weekend !!

Steel City Members,

The time to kick off the 2017 regular season of tournament competition has arrived!

The information flyer for the tournament is on the schedule page of the website.

Please remember that the launch ramp will be very busy. If there was ever a tournament to arrive extra early, this is it. Launch will be at 6:30am with weigh in at 3:30pm in the parking lot.

4 fish under 14 inches, 2 fish over 16 inches for a total of six at weigh in per person allowed.

Pay close attention to the off-limits area listed on the flyer and remember, any section of the lake that is designated as no fishing by the lake management is also off limits to tournament fishing.

Please remember that the entry fees for the tournaments this year has changed to $35. Also we will be collecting the annual dues if you are not already registered as an active member.

First Tournament of the Year – Lake Egypt 3/18/2017

EgyptThe First Tournament of the year will be at Lake of Egypt on Saturday March 18, 2017, 6:30am to 3:30pm From Pyramid Acres Marina Ramp

Slot limit (6 fish creel) 4 fish under 14-inches (cannot touch line) 2 fish over 16 inches (can touch line)

Be sure to pay your entry fee before the tournament and pick out your takeoff position.  The location for those who want to pay the night before will be announced on Friday, March 17th..

If you have not paid your dues please do so when paying for the Tournament.

*** IMPORTANT:  THE ENTRY FEES HAVE INCREASED THIS YEAR TO $35 PER EVENT ***, please try to have exact change as it makes things move faster in the morning.

Meeting Minutes for 2/12/2017 General Meeting

Meeting began at 2:18pm by President Larry Heagy
31 Members were in attendance
Mike Vallino read the minutes from January 2017 Meeting, notion to approve the minutes by Rick Ficker and seconded by Frank Wilcoxon, All were in favor except Arthur for whom Larry said was a Dick.

Awards banquet was a success:  Food was Great, special thanks to Darrin Harnetaux for arranging the deserts.

Pocket schedules were given out, there are two Typos on the Pocket Schedule with the Mark Twain Tournament actually being at Lake of the Ozarks and the August Kentucky Lake tournament is a two day event.  Please check the website for the official schedule and tournament flyers.

As voted on by the membership the tournament entry fees (and also the event payouts) have been increased.  The tournament entry fee is $35 per event.  The annual dues remain the same at $65 and can be paid at any tournament.

Discussed the elimination of the 5th place payout at the Table Rock Events, Motion made by Rocky Horrighs and seconded by Joey Ozanich., All were in favor and motion passed.

Larry read through the tournament rules, please consult the website and review them on your own.

Rick Ficker mentioned that the TN Department of Conservation asked that we do not release the fish in the Paris Landing Marina because of low oxygen content in August.  They asked if we could release them in the main lake. Rick Ficker is arranging a release boat for this event.  A normal livewell is not big enough for the entire tournament catch (except for Franks boat).  The club will pay the fee for the release boat.

Jay Wells won the 50/50 and the rest of the money from the 50/50 was donated to Diane at the KofC Hall.

Meeting Minutes for 1/15/2017 General Meeting

Meeting began at 2:08pm by Vice President Mike Vallino.

Ed read the minutes from December 2016 Meeting
Ed gave a Treasurers Report and told everyone that this is the last chance to get your raffle tickets before the banquet. The next time they are available will be at the banquet.

  • Since the Crab Orchard Tournament Permit was denied we discussed the Crab Orchard Tournament replacement.  After discussion we gathered all of the locations and voted on them.  Here are the results from the vote:
    • Kinkaid Lake – 21 Votes
    • Jacksonville Lake – 12 Votes (move to Sunday).
    • Shelbyville – 11 Votes
    • Springfield – 11 Votes
    • Glen Shoals – 7 Votes
    • Rend Lake – 4 Votes
    • Carlyle Lake – 3 Votes
    • Vandalia Lake – 0 Votes
  • Since the vote was for Kinkaid, Ed submitted an permit application for the Lake.  Approval is pending.  Tournament Application id #6003 submitted with the IDNR.
  • The location for Kentucky Lake August Tournament was discussed, also this is confirmed as a 2 day tournament with the second day ending at noon.  The locations discussed were
    • Paris Landing – 13 Votes
    • Kentucky Dam Village – 12 Votes
  • Rick Ficker is in charge of gathering the details for the Kentucky Lake August Tournament and securing a permit.  He will have these details as soon as possible and pass them to Ed for posting on the website and Facebook.
  • The location for the Fall Lake of the Ozarks tournament was discussed.
      • Ed presented the information about Red Oak Resort (http://www.redoakresort.com/) and the possibility to rent the “Pavilion” for the group to hold the nightly BBQ and watch football.  The cost of the “Pavilion is $100 for Saturday night.  The members were in general concensus to rent the facility for the Saturday night meal.
      • We asked the membership for additional locations that we could hold the tournament out of.  NO OTHER SUGGESTIONS WERE PROVIDED.
      • The membership voted for Red Oak Resort with 23 votes.
      • Ed will call Red Oak and register the regatta permit with the state of Missouri.
  • Craig Knight asked for about 15 minutes of time at the banquet to honor the “Youth of the Year” for the Shielded Waters Fishing program.  He will show a video and make the award presentation at the banquet.
  • The banquet details were discussed
    • The Banquet will be held on Saturday 1/21/2017 starting with Food at 6:00pm at the Knights of Columbus in Collinsville.
    • There will be a 50/50 drawing, Rod/Reel Raffle, pay membership dues, Bass Pro Raffle drawing and the annual awards presentation.
  • The first tournament of the 2017 Season is March 18th at Lake of Egypt.  The permits have been approved and the flyer is posted.
  • Ed and Larry will be posting the Tournament Flyers and Permits on the website as they become available.
  • 50/50 drawing…  Did not catch who won but they did not buy me a beer!

It was motioned by Carl Gansner and seconded by Brain Carlson to adjourn the meeting.

Several of the club members stayed after just to watch the Green Bay packers stomp on the Cowboys to advance to the next round!  GO PACKERS!

Meeting Minutes for 12/18/2016 General Meeting and Board Elections

Meeting began at 2:05pm

17 Members in attendance

  • Read Minutes from November 2016 Meeting
  • Since the last meeting was held before the end of the season Larry congratulated Russ and Chris Rensing for their victory at the Fall Table Rock Lake Event.  Also, Mike Anderson was recognized as the Angler of the year for 2016 weighing 54 fish for a total of 113.52 Lbs.
  • The membership dues are being collected now, the dues are $65 each and each member will get raffle tickets to sell to offset their cost of participation.  The dues will be collected at the Winter meetings, the Let’s Go Fishing show and at the banquet..  The Raffle Tickets will be available until the banquet.  After the banquet you will just pay your dues with no exchange of raffle tickets.
  • The Let’s Go Fishing Show will be held Jan 6-8 at the Gateway Center in Collinsville.  The booth location is the same as the last few years.  We need people to help set up the booth on Friday Jan 6th as well as people to come by and work at the booth.  If you are at the show please come by and help at the booth for a little while.  Saturday night after the Let’s Go Fishing show we will have our annual dinner at Zapatas.  We have reserved a space and you are responsible for your own drinks and food purchases.
  • Leisure Time Sports has been a big supporter of the Steel City Bassmasters and provided everyone in 6th to 16th place at the Fall Table Rock tournament with an attendance prize.  If you are in need of some fishing or hunting supplies please give Leisure Time Outdoors some consideration for your business.
  • We are having Steel City day at Leisure Time Outdoors on January 14th at the Mike McCelland seminar so please plan to attend and support them.  .
  • Elections for Officers took place:

We will have the second of our winter meetings this Sunday, December 18 at 2pm at the KC Hall Lounge in Collinsville.

We will elect our officers and board members for the 2017 chapter year.

We will also review plans for the Let’s Go Fishing Show and chapter awards banquet, both coming up in January.

Those are the primary topics. There will be other issues discussed as well.

Meeting Minutes for 11/13/2016 General Meeting

Meeting began at 2:07pm

23 Members in attendance

  • Read Minutes from February 2016 Meeting
  • Normally the first Winter meeting is the after the last tournament but that could not be done due to the date of the Table Rock Tournament.  The membership dues are being collected now, the dues are $65 each and each member will get raffle tickets to sell to offset their cost of participation.  The dues will be collected at teh Table Rock Tournament as well as the Winter meetings.  The Raffle Tickets will be available until the banquet.  After the banquet you will just pay your dues with no exchange of raffle tickets.
  • The Table Rock Tournament is next Saturday.  The Table Rock Event will have the Dana BBQ on Saturday night.  Unfortunately neither Pete Wenners nor Brian Snowden will be able to attend our meeting on Friday night so we do not have a guest speaker unless “One Verse Wayne” wants to give us some fishing pointers.  Jack Watkins will donate some attendance prizes to the 6th through 16th place finishers to be given out on Saturday night at the BBQ and awards event.
  • Nominations for Officers took place:

  • Let’s Go Fishing Show is Jan 6-8, 2017.  As usual we will be having a group dinner at Zapatas on that Saturday evening after the show.
  • Covered the 2016 results to date, all results are on the website and pushed to the Group Facebook page..
  • After 17 Seasons the tournament entry fee remained at $25 per entry.  Since we cut the number of events down to 10 is was motioned by Jeremy Hunter and seconded by Steve Ficker to raise the tournament entry fee to $35 per event with $25 going towards the payout and $10 to the club.  The motioned passed with 23 YES votes and 0 NO votes.  To summarize:  The tournament entry fee for 2017 will now be $35.
  • Reviewed the 2017 Proposed Tournament Schedule.as published last week on the website.  Motion to approve the schedule was made by Mike Anderson and seconded by Rick Ficker.  There were 23 YES votes and 0 NO votes.  We will have 11 events in 2017.  Here are some additional notes on the tournament discussion:  The website will have the revised schedule.
    • Pomme De Terre is a 2 Day Event
    •  Motion was mode to have Kentucky Lake August tournament a 2 day Event.  Motion passed with 18 YES votes and 5 NO votes.
    • Table Rock Spring Tournament was discussed to have a 2 day tournament.  a Motion was made to keep it at 1 day due to the driving distance.  19 YES Votes and 4 NO votes.
    • Table Rock Fall Tournament was discussed to make it a two day tournament.  A Motion was made to keep it at 1 day and there were 20 YES votes and 3 NO Votes.
    • Table Rock Tournaments will currently still be only 1 day events.
  • For all Tournaments the official start time will be approximately 30 minutes before official sunrise to the nearest half hour and will run for 9 hours.  A motion was made and there were 23 YES votes and 0 NO Votes.  The board will update the tournament flyers to the appropriate start times and the times will not be changed during the season unless for safety reasons.  The weigh in times will also be announced prior to kickoff in the morning.
  • The annual Awards Banquet will be held on January 21, 2017 at the Knights of Columbus in Collinsville.  Carl Gansner is in charge of the food for the banquet, he asked if last years menu was acceptable for this year.  The General Consensus was that the food was good and he will go with the same for this year.
  • Darin Harnetiaux will arrange the deserts for the banquet again this year..
  • Next Meeting is December 18th.
  • 50/50 winner was Darin Harnetiaux
  • Meeting Adjourned at 3:18pm.

Steel City Bassmasters General Meeting – Sunday, November 13 at 2:00pm

Steel City Members,

We will have our first general meeting of the winter season on November 13 at 2:00pm at the Collinsville Knights of Columbus Lounge.

At the meeting we will nominate eligible members for officer and board positions.

We will also review and vote on the proposed 2017 tournament schedule that was recently created by the board. Elections will be held at our mid-December meeting.

We will discuss plans for the Lets Go Fishing Show and the chapter awards banquet, both coming in January.

There will be a review of catch statistics and tournament attendance from 2016.

The board will be making a few recommendations for motions to update and increase our tournament payouts.

As always, we will entertain any suggestions for amendments to our chapter bylaws and tournament rules during all of the winter meetings.

Mark Twain Tournament this Weekend

All, Welcome to Mark Twain Lake for our tournament this weekend. We will launch from the Ray Behrens Recreation Area at 6:30am Saturday..

If you would like to register early for the tournament Ed will be around the Cannon Dam Cabins to collect your fees and draw for your number on Friday evening. On Saturday we are kicking off at 6:30am or safe light. .You can pay your registration Saturday at the back of Ed’s truck at about 6:00am to about 6:15am, please have your $25 ready and exact change is always appreciated. If some reason you must be late to the tournament or registration, you must make that known to Ed, Larry, Mike or any other board member in attendance BEFORE the start of the tournament. Your pocket calendars have the phone numbers listed on them.
We look forward to seeing everyone there and hope it is a safe and great event at Mark Twain Lake.

Pomme De Terre tournament this weekend.

All, Welcome to Pomme De Terre Lake for our tournament this weekend.  For this tournament we will launch from the Lighthouse Harbor Marina Ramp.

 

 

 

If you would like to register early for the tournament Ed will be around the Clearlight Inn to collect your fees and draw for your number on Friday evening.  On Saturday we are kicking off at 6:00 or safe light.  .You can pay your registration Saturday at the back of Ed’s truck at about 5:30am to about 5:45am, please have your $25 ready and exact change is always appreciated.  If some reason you must be late to the tournament or registration, you must make that known to Ed, Larry, Mike or any other board member in attendance BEFORE the start of the tournament.  Your pocket calendars have the phone numbers listed on them.

We look forward to seeing everyone there and hope it is a safe and great event at Pomme de Terre Lake.

Julie has recently been diagnosed with Invasive mammary carcinoma which originated in the breast and quickly spread to her spine and pelvic area.  Julie is married to a 24 year veteran of the Granite City Police Department and a member of Steel City Bassmasters.

The benefit will be held at Pavia’s Place  2265 Madison Ave,  Granite City, IL 62040  August 20th, 2016  11:00am until the meat is gone.

We will serve pulled pork, beef brisket, slaw and baked beans.

2016 Kentucky Lake Check In Location

All, Welcome to Kentucky Lake. Please remember that you need to purchase your Kentucky Fishing License for 2016.

If you would like to register early for the tournament, Ed will be around Cabin 33 at the Moors on Friday Evening or Saturday morning to pay your entry fees and pick up your takeoff number.  On Saturday we are kicking off at 5:30am or safe light (probably earlier).  When registering, please have your $25 ready and exact change is always appreciated.  If some reason you must be late to the tournament or registration, you must make that known to Ed, Larry, Mike or any other board member in attendance BEFORE the start of the tournament.  Your pocket calendars have the phone numbers listed on them.

We look forward to seeing everyone there and hope it is a safe and great event coming back to Kentucky Lake!.

Steel City Bassmasters Update 4/11/16

Steel City Members,

Congratulations to Barry Koblitz, our Pomme de Terre champion from this past weekend.

Now we look ahead to the upcoming Table Rock event on April 23.

There are just a few cabins still available for the weekend of the tournament at Lazy Lee’s, so call 417-338-2253.

Joy has informed me that she will serve pizza for dinner to those staying at the resort on Thursday, April 21.

Pete Wenners will be our guest speaker at the pre-tournament meeting on Friday. Joy would like to get the group together for a picture to help celebrate the 10-year anniversary of their ownership of the resort.

Bring something for the grill on Friday evening. We will provide salad, potatoes, etc.

For all those in the tournament who are not staying at Lazy Lee’s, there will be a $10 ramp fee to launch your boat at the resort, so plan accordingly.

Danna’s BBQ will be catering the Saturday evening meal, following the tournament.

I look forward to seeing all of you there.

Pomme Tournament registration

All, Welcome to Pomme De Terre Lake. Please remember that you need to purchase your Missouri Fishing License for 2016 as they expired in February.  Missouri Fishing Licenses ONLINE

If you would like to register early for the tournament Ed will be around the Clearlight Inn to collect your fees and draw for your number on Friday evening.  On Saturday we are kicking off at 6:00 or safe light.  .You can pay your registration Saturday at the back of Ed’s truck at about 5:30am to about 5:45am, please have your $25 ready and exact change is always appreciated.  If some reason you must be late to the tournament or registration, you must make that known to Ed, Larry, Mike or any other board member in attendance BEFORE the start of the tournament.  Your pocket calendars have the phone numbers listed on them.

We look forward to seeing everyone there and hope it is a safe and great event coming back to Pomme in the Spring!.

Steel City Bassmasters News 03/26/16

Steel City Members,

The 2016 tournament season is underway. Congratulations to Dave Lewis, last week’s Lake of Egypt champion.

Pomme de Terre

In two weeks we travel to Pomme de Terre for a two day event. The Flyer for this event is out on the website for reference. We will be launching from the Hermitage State Park ramp. (Same place as the last several events at Pomme.)

13-inch length limit and 6 fish per person, per day.

Table Rock Lake

On April 23 we will be Table Rock Lake for our annual spring buddy tournament. I recommend that you make your reservations soon as Joy tells me they are starting to fill up.

15 inch length limit and 12 fish per team for this one day event.

Pete Wenners will be our guest speaker at the Friday evening pre-tournament meeting. As always, bring something for the grill on Friday evening. We will have the rest of the meal ready with potatoes, salad, etc.

Danna’s BBQ will be catering the meal on Saturday evening.

 

Crab Orchard Lake

On April 30 we will be at Crab Orchard, launching from the Greenbriar ramp. 16 inch length limit and three fish per person.

I hope to see all of you at these awesome springtime fishing locations.

2016 Tournament Registration and Launch Procedures

Steel City Members,

All of you have received the pocket calendar, on that calendar is the name and number of the three officers for the club.  Should you have any issues before a tournament you can call these numbers to make us aware of the situation.

The sole purpose of drawing numbers to determine the tournament launch order is to provide an orderly and safe start to our events.

Because there is no preregistration or partner draws for our tournaments, we never know exactly how many boats will be entered in any event.

Our policy is to place 15 numbers into the hat. The first boats to pay their entry fees pull from those 15 numbers. Once they are gone, we add 5 more to the hat and continue the process, adding more numbers as needed.

The “first pay, first draw” system will continue. Anyone who wishes to have a lower number in the draw must make the effort to enter the night before with Ed or arrive at the launch site early enough to pay their entry fee and draw from those first 15 numbers in the hat. If you arrive late, please realize that you will likely have a high launch number.

In general the tournament registration will be handled the night before and the location will be announced here or 30 minutes before takeoff at Ed’s Truck.  If Ed is not at the event the instructions will be posted here on the website.

This is a simple and effective process.  Try to have exact change when registering for a tournament ($25 each or $50 for a team for regular events excluding Table Rock) as this will make the process go faster.

2016 Lake of Egypt Tournament – Check In location

Welcome Anglers… Look for Ed Montgomery around Pyramid Acres on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning to pay your entry fees and pick up your takeoff number. If you have not already signed your liability waivers you will need to do so before the tournament (Guests included).  Also your annual dues of $65 must be paid before the tournament.  If you do not pick up your takeoff number before the tournament you will not be able to fish unless you have contacted Ed (or another a board member) IN ADVANCE of the takeoff.

Guests are welcome to fish with a member and the guest can fish 1 time per year at the regular season tournaments (not including the table rock Invitationals).

Meeting Minutes, Feb 21, 2016

  • Read Minutes from January Meeting
  • The Official Communications for the club are via email and that email will automatically be put on the website and shared with the Facebook Group page.  Do not rely on Facebook for up to the minute official communications, go to your email or the website.  If you do not get emails from the Club then please get with Ed so that the email addresses can be updated.
  • The pocket schedules have arrived.  They have the 2016 schedule and contact information for Larry, Mike and Ed are on the cards.  If you have an issue that delays you getting to the ramp on time (Cows on the highway, flat tire, vehicle problems, hangover, etc…)  you must contact Ed or the board members if you intend to fish.  You cannot simply show up and fish.  If you cannot contact them then leave a voice mail message and it will be sorted out at the weigh in..
  • The Schedule with Permits are posted on the website.  Suggested lodging is also on the website but you are free to stay where you want.
  • The Tournament flyers are not yet posted to the website.  They will be posted as soon as possible.
  • If anyone knows of a new venue they would like to fish then get those thoughts into a board member so they can be reviewed and evaluated for inclusion to the schedule.
  • Review of 2016 Schedule
    • First Tournament will be at Lake Egypt on March 19th from Pyramid Acres.  The Length limit will be according to the Lake Rules will be 4 fish under 14″ and 2 fish over 16″
    • The Pomme Fall Tournament will be out of the Lighthouse Marina ramp, off limits are from the no wake buoys back to the ramp.  this is the location for our permit since several other tournaments are going out of the other state park ramp.
    • The Crab Orchard Tournament will be out of the Greenbriar Ramp
    • The Spring Pomme De Terre tournament will be out of the State Park Ramp.
  • Tournament Rules for 2016 season
    • The rules are posted on the website, we encourage everyone to read the rules. Ignorance of the rules is no excuse for not abiding by the rules.
    • The Rules were read line by line by Larry at the meeting.  This was to ensure everyone had knowledge or the rules and procedures.  It is your responsibility to know the rules before the tournament.
    • The use of Cell Phones for the purpose of finding or locating fish during a tournament is prohibited and is in the rules.
  • Shielded Waters will be updated by Craig soon.  Events will be posted on the website.  Currently the old Shielded Water information is not currently on the new website..

The 50/50 drawing was won by Brian Carlson.

February 21st, 2016. Final Winter meeting before the 2016 Season starts

We will have the final Winter meeting on Sunday February 21, 2016, 2;00pm  at the Knights of Columbus in Collinsville.

We will discuss plans for the 2016 tournament season. Now that the schedule is official and all permits have been secured, Larry has received the pocket schedules. They will be available for all of you at Sunday’s meeting and at each tournament.

We will do our annual run-through of the tournament rules during the meeting.

Ed has posted tournament permit confirmations on the 2016 schedule page of the website for reference during the season.

  • Need to look for an alternate location for the Jacksonville tournament since they do not allow tournaments on Saturday this year and the remaining Sundays are drawn by lottery.
  • Read Minutes from 12/20/2015 meeting
  • Give financial report
  • Pocket Schedules have not been made yet and will be made after the replacement location for the Jacksonville Tournament is determined.
  • Confirmation of the Lake of Egypt tournament was received for March 19th and we are the only tournament on the lake that day.
  • Review of Banquet
    • Thanks to Carl for arranging the food and beverages for the banquet. All was good.
    • Some of the awards were ordered with the old date of the banquet (It was moved up 1 week) but the awards were ordered and received.
    • Thanks to Darin Harnetiaux for providing the deserts for the banquet.
    • Thanks to Karen and Jay Wells for providing the cake for the banquet.
    • A motion was made and approved at the last meeting to pay for one Shriners Tournament entry and was to be raffled off at the banquet but the dates conflicted with the tournament dates therefore the raffle was not held.
    • Winners of the raffle were Carl Gansner with 3rd place, Arthurs friend for 2nd place and JC Markell won the grand prize of a $250 Bass Pro Gift certificate.
  • Replacement location for the Jacksonville tournament was discussed. It was decided that we would vote on 5 lakes as the replacement location. Rend Lake received 7 votes, Clinton Lake received 11 votes, Trueman Lake received 1 vote, Lake Springfield received 3 votes and Carlyle Lake received 2 votes. Therefore it was decided that the replacement tournament location would be Clinton Lake and Jon Sackett will be obtaining a permit for the tournament. It was discussed that if the Clinton Lake tournament cannot be held that we could possibly do Rend Lake but there is an Anglers Choice tournament there the same day.  Update: The permit was obtained for Clinton.
  • Ed is compiling a list of email address for all members. If you do not receive emails please contact Ed or Larry to update our records.
  • Tournament Procedures were discussed
    • A courtesy bump board will be provided at the weigh in but is not official.
    • Ed will put on the website the location where tournament entry fees can be paid in advance if desired. These will be posted 1 day before the tournament so check back often if you do not see it.

January 24, 2016 Winter Meeting

Twenty-fourth January The next Winter Meeting in January 24th, 2016, 2:00pm at the Knights of Columbus in Collinsville.  One important item on the agenda is the Jacksonville Tournament as we cannot get a Sunday date for a tournament.
