We will have our first general meeting of the winter off-season this Sunday, December 1, 2024 at 2:00pm in the Heagy Barn.

- Recap of the 2024 Tournament Season.
- We will discuss and vote on the 2025 Tournament Season schedule – Click here for a look at the proposed schedule for 2025.
- Need to make nominations for the 2025 Officers and Board Members, be sure to attend as we elect new officers and board members every year. The vote will be on the second wintermeeting on December 21, 2024 (which is a Saturday).
- Discuss the Let’s Go Fishing Show Plans – Show is on January 3-5, 2025
- Discuss the 2025 Awards Banquet to be held on February 1, 2025 at the VFW in Collinsville.
- Possible Tournament Rules and Chapter By-Laws Amendments
- Misc other items
- Open Forum to discuss anything.
The barn is heated and bathroom facilities are inside the house.
Bring a lawn chair and drinks. I will have snacks available.
